As HEART Retreat focuses on “balance” themed workshops for 2026\, this seems fitting to have a celebration/acknowledgement and set the intention for a balanced year. Join us at the farm for 2 hours of “balance” activities for the physical\, mental\, emotion\, and spiritual quadrants.\nEquine Knocks $90.00 plus HST for both sessions\nPayment of $101.70 is required and includes both sessions\, the second one will be Tuesday September 22 at the same time.
