Friday March 20 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. our first of two “Equine Knocks” – Celebration of Spring and Fall Equinox
An equinox is when the sun is exactly above the equator which makes day and night equal length. As HEART Retreat focuses on “balance” themed workshops for 2026, this seems fitting to have a celebration/acknowledgement and set the intention for a balanced year.
Join us at the farm for 2 hours of “balance” activities for the physical, mental, emotion, and spiritual quadrants.

Equine Knocks $90.00 plus HST for both sessions
Payment of $101.70 is required and includes both sessions, the second one will be Tuesday September 22 at the same time.
